Joining creates no account, contract, or right to the product, pricing, or availability in your region, and we may change or close the waitlist at any time. Nothing here is agronomic, financial, insurance, or legal advice.

We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit. Agreeing to these terms and opting into email are two separate choices — the newsletter is never required. You can withdraw consent at any time (Section 7); we'll stop and delete on request.
If you opt in, your email is used solely to send product updates / our newsletter — never sold, rented, shared, or repurposed. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe that takes effect promptly, and all our communication (including launch timing) comes only from core@pestren.com. If you don't opt in, we don't ask for or store your email at all.
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your data, withdraw consent, or unsubscribe — any time, no reason needed — at core@pestren.com. We don't sell data; we use only a few providers on our instructions (e.g. email provider [Substack/provider], storage/hosting [e.g. Supabase]), with appropriate safeguards for any cross-border transfer. We keep waitlist/feedback data until we launch (or the waitlist closes) plus a short period, then delete or anonymize within [30–90 days]; opt-in emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
We ask for your country only to understand where interest comes from and to determine whether our services may be offered in your region. Some regions are prioritized and others may take longer (e.g. until a future quarter) to reach full accuracy. We do not collect your precise location, and availability is never guaranteed.
We use reasonable measures (encryption in transit, access controls, vetted providers); no system is perfectly secure. This form is not directed at anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
We may update this page and will change the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of [India / your state], without limiting mandatory rights you have where you live.
